First Alert 4 Weather App revisa

Loads quickly. Accurate. Logical.

Pages/Radar freezes and goes blank on my iPhone at critical times. The previous version never did this. And yes, my updates and iPhone are up to date.

Well you certainly make sure the ads play but when it gets to the vid it doesn’t play any sound.

I have enjoyed watching KMOV weather people for many years and the current lineup of talented weather people are the best in the Saint Louis landscape of local tv broadcasting, and unless we move out of this market we’ll always tune into Channel Four news.

I love the 4 weather app it keeps me up to date on what’s coming today and beyond thank you!

I love the app because of how you keep us updated on whether and it could be that I’m making a trip from Saint Charles into St. Louis and it could be st. Louis is going to get hit hard with rain or some thing and I’m not where I live. Plus, it helps you to decide on which day of the week you’re going to do more traveling and makes good for when you want to make plans for outside.

I turned off all minor updates And still get too many notifications. I had to delete it

Hi- I’m a new user of your app and DO feel safer! Wish I would’ve known about this weather notification app sooner 🥲. I've come to prefer the way your “Team 4” presents itself on TV as well as having great online services, you automatically announce weather alerts (before, during, after the events) and I have “re-discovered” Channel 4’s other content, and numerous “TV Antenna Channels” available. I’ve been watching your morning Channel 4 New more than my normal station. We all sometimes get stuck in a rut. Everyones' unique “morning rituals” to get families out the door to start our days. Or starting a new day at home. You have provided me with a fresher outlook in general. Thanks to every single person who works at Channel 4 😄👍🏼🕕👍🏼😃👍🏼. The app content is good but if you leave the app and come back it resets (shows the ad, good back to app Home Screen) do I can’t just go back to where I was. That’s really annoying.

Keep up the good work, I hope you guys will always be there for me to go look, and get a head start, because ware I live we don’t have a tornado siren. 🙏

This is my favorite go-to weather app for the St. Louis area. I prefer it to any of the national ones. There is just the information I need in short summary of daily, hourly, radar or if you prefer more in depth there are many radar views and sky cams. Even can see the live stream during severe weather. Well done channel 4!

I love the app, and use it constantly for severe weather. I enjoy the ability to have it alert me when there is bad weather. I can also change the alert settings to match where I’m living. The only “problem” I have with the app, is that during severe weather, I have to scroll down a ways to find the live stream. Which, is not a huge problem, but it would be a easier during times of “stress” for the live feed to pop up on the top of the page so folks don’t have to go searching for it. Other than that little change, I love the app and recommend it to everyone I know and meet! An amazingly helpful tool during rough weather.

If it’s going to rain anytime in the next 10 days, this app feels the need to send a push notification about it nearly 4 times a day, every day until the rain comes (or doesn’t). Why does the weather need to be this click-baity?? Just send notifications if the forecast has CHANGED. Please and thank you

All the weather people are likable, and they’ll say we really don’t know until we get closer to the weather event.

You guys are way behind on updating the latest forecast if you miss the news on the times it’s aired it’s not updated til several hours later this last one actually stops when Kent is in mid sentence used to love the app but not anymore

I wish you had a radar screen that showed the entire country

This app is very unreliable. It predicts 90% severe weather and not a drop of rain or other severe issues. It changes dramatically hour to hour as if guessing or reacting. Last weekend, it predicted a small chance of rain and the city got hammered and timing was off by 2 hours. Not sure it is worth using.

I would like only severe weather alerts but I still get an occasional alert for other weather conditions

Works good with a variety of weather information. Organized sensibly forecast, radar, radars, storm mode, etc. #KMOV @kmov tv Add annoying

I am currently camping at St. Joe State Park. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the “Follow Me” feature. Such a deal! I knew better than to get my off road vehicle out earlier in the week because we had 2 days of rain. Sinking an ORV is a distinct possibility down here and would be a nightmare. Thanks KMOV team; I headed your way in the A.M.

The lightening notifications are not appreciated nor are they needed. Can you omit them?

I downloaded this app to be advised of severe weather threats in my location but when I go to view the video, I have to watch an advertisement first?! Kind of defeats the purpose of having an immediate alert and viewing details when I have to see ads first.

I love KMOV. I love the anchors and entire team especially the meteorologists who I depend on during severe weather. I hate spring because of the severe weather and I am always turning to Kent and Steve for weather alerts.KMOV is the best!

Slow to load. Poor content. Why video of everything. Would prefer a 1 paragraph weather statement summary

I allowed notifications so I would be warned if there was bad weather approaching. Then I heard Steve talking from my pocket just to tell me there was a new non emergency update. Steve is by far the BEST weather guy but I don't want to hear him multiple times a day. Maybe when there is a storm or ice approaching a shorter “heads up” voice notification.

Good app. To bad they support non- union for advertising. On that being said. I’ll probably get rid of the app. Because of that.

I love that no matter where I travel I can count on my favorite hometown weather team to keep me informed. Hearing Steve Templeton’s voice giving an update on weather conditions near my location whether at home or beyond is very comforting. Thanks for keeping an eye on the sky everywhere!

I like the idea & access to hourly forecast of temps & precip. potential, but only expected/wanted alerts for severe weather. Steve Templeton’s voice alert scared me the first time I heard it! IDK that it’s necessary several times per day. Thanks though!

It’s horrible. If you’re at work and get a weather alert and click on it, it opens a video. I can skim an article at work, but not watch a video. I’m also a bit sensory averse and really dislike video. The information is great when I can get it, but the alerts are functionally inaccessible.

I do like the weather app except I don’t like the fact that it announces that it is the KMOV Weather Elert System.

Too many irrelevant text messages sent. I’ve never had an app spam me so badly. Such a shame. I liked the weather info they had.
